Its finally done! Clearwire and Sprint has just finished closing their deal to combine their next generation wireless Internet networks. While we are not 100% sure of the deals details we know that Sprint had to hand over all of its 2.5GHz spectrum and WiMax related assets including XOHM to Clearwire.
